51st Annual Fall Bazaar & Craft Show

The cost of a space at the bazaar is still $30 for 6 feet, $50 for 12 feet (2 tables) or $60 for18 feet (3 tables).  Larger areas can be negotiated. 

Set-up hours will be from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 1st and starting at 7:30 am on Saturday.

There will be an opportunity for you to showcase your product(s).  Every half hour beginning as soon as 9:30, we will have a featured area upstairs where you will have 20 minutes to feature your product(s) to those shopping on the upper level.  You might give a demo, have a make-and-take or just talk about your product(s).  This space and time would be no cost to you.  If you are interested, please indicate on your reservation form below.

Payment is required when reserving your space.  NOTE:  Because we have run into difficulty getting checks cashed long after they were written, we will now be cashing them when received.  You will receive notification of your reservation.  If you find that you must cancel, notify me for a refund; refunds will not be made within 30 days of the bazaar.

We will supply tables and chairs for your convenience.  It is recommended that you bring a table cloth to decorate your tables. Your assigned spot will be verified by phone or e­mail by October 26th.
